It's simple! 

1. Attend 18 workouts from April 28th to June 8th.  If you don't you'll be fined $200 which will be used as a credit for more membership time.

2. Fill out the finishing survey that takes under 5 minutes.  If you don't, you'll be fined another $200 which will also be used as a credit for more membership time.

3. During your 6 weeks, you'll also have a chance to earn up to 6 more weeks free by completing some bonus activities during the 6 week trial.

That's it!  Our team is here to help throughout to ensure you have the support you deserve for your goals.

Here's how the program works for everyone

1. Complete our starting form that we will send after you join. This gives us a chance to learn about your goals and help the best we can.
2. Complete 18 workouts from April 28th to June 8th.  Boot camps, cardio classes, hybrid classes and spin all count toward your total.  You may come more than 18 times and are not restricted to 3x a week.  If you do not complete 18 workouts, you'll be fined $200 which becomes a membership credit for after the program is over.
3. Complete our finishing form which helps us get feedback to keep making the program better.  If you do not complete this form, you'll be fined $200 which becomes a membership credit for after the program is over.

That's it.  We hope to help you get in an exercise groove while also supporting you with any of your health related goals.  We will check in with you a few times and we are here to help as needed.  

As a trial member, you will have access to all things Evolve including our fat loss course, our menopause course, our healthspan course and all of our challenges that we do to help clients stay on track with goals.

                       OPTIONAL FOR THOSE WHO WANT EXTRA COACHING/RESOURCES

After you join, you'll have an option for some extra coaching. Here's how it works and there are no penalties if you don't complete this program. It's just here for extra help.
1. You'll watch a goal setting session to help you set a personal long term and short term goal
2. You'll use our habit tracking app that will track daily habits you choose based on your goals
3. Each day, you'll get lessons and resources to help educate and motivate you.
4. You'll get a weekly check in from Matt & Amy and you can message them any time you need help

Evolve's Mission

Evolve truly is a place for anyone to succeed with their health and fitness goals.  Our mission is to help as many Nova Scotians feel the best they ever have in a friendly and non intimidating environment.

Of course, workouts are our number one expertise but you'll find us talking about sleep, stress management and nutrition during your time with us.  We want to help you build habits for the longest and healthiest life possible.  Please use us as a resource and draw as much coaching as you need to be successful and make the progress you deserve.

FREQUENTLY ANSWERED QUESTIONS:

How Often Will I Have To Workout
You will need to workout an average of 3x a week including boot camps, spin and cardio classes! From here, we will decide your exercise schedule that suits your goals and time available. These are all in person workouts but you may make use of our virtual workouts as well.
Is this a crash diet?
Absolutely not! We are aiming for lifelong results and for you to still be living your best life when you are 99. The bones of this program is to get you consistent with your workouts. We know that if you do that, more healthy habits will follow. We will give tips and resources for various goals from fat loss, to healthspan to muscle gain to getting through menopause. And then we just ask that you ask us questions to get more 1-1 advice.

Where is Evolve Fitness?
We have four locations! Our Halifax location is at 220-3667 Strawberry Hill, our Bedford location is at 115 Western Parkway, our Darmouth location is at 112 Woodlawn Drive and our Truro location is at 136 Esplanade Street. Halifax is a BIG location with 3 boot camp rooms and a cardio/yoga room so you'll see a lot more sessions available here. Bedford and Truro are much smaller with just one room available for boot camp and a little bit of cardio. Dartmouth has boot camps and spin sessions.
What can I expect my results to be in 6 weeks?
This will depend on your current starting point and your goals. Everyone who is consistent gain expect to get stronger, have more energy and improve confidence. From here, if you have a fat loss goal and you are on top of your nutrition and lifestyle habits then losing 0.5% to 1% of your weight average per week is a great goal. If you have another goals, please ask!
What happens after the 6 weeks?
After we help you reach your goals, you'll have the choice of what to do next. Of course, you may continue on with our services. We offer our full schedule year round. But you will have learned A LOT and you may use our help to continue working on things at your local gym or even from home. 

What makes your program different?
This isn't just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it. That isn't coaching. This is teamwork and helping you find what works for YOU, not what works for your neighbor or anyone else. We will also help you in all areas of your life, not just workouts and food. We want you to be happy and healthy while living your best life.
Is this good for beginners?
Our workouts are designed so that beginners and advanced exercisers will all get a great workout.  If you are completely new to exercise, it will be challenging and you may want to consult one of our health practitioners before joining.  Please email mathewevolve@gmail.com to have a discussion about this.    If you have worked out before and it's just been a while, you will be fine with just some pain on the front end ;)
I got sick, what happens?
We are very reasonable.  We don't do extensions on the program but we will adjust the workout requirements to ensure you finish with success if you are sick or injured.  If you join and then tell us that you have a vacation and need adjustments, we will not be making adjustments and you will need to fulfill your commitments.  We hope you'll read the dates and requirements before joining instead of coming to us afterwards.
