HERE IS HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS.

You are required to complete 18 workouts in 6 weeks. If you do not complete 18 workouts you will be fined $200 which will be used as a membership credit. If you also do not fill out the final survey you will be fined another $200 which will also be used as a membership credit.

The program is simple.

1. After signing up you'll fill out a starting survey to let us know a bit more about you and your goals.
2. You'll attend 18+ workouts workouts in 6 weeks.  If you do not attend 18, you'll pay $200 and receive a membership credit.  You can come more than 18 times if you like.  
3. You'll have access to all of our client resources and challenges to help get better results.  Our team is here to help you with all of your health and fitness related goals.
4. You'll fill out a final survey to give us feedback that helps us make the program better and better.  If you do not do this survey, you'll pay $200 and receive a membership credit.
5.  Becoming a member at the end of your trial is optional.

That's it.  We know that if you are consistent, you'll make progress.  And if you need help with anything, we are here as needed.

                                 OPTIONAL FOR THOSE WHO WANT EXTRA COACHING 

In addition to this, you'll have an option for some extra coaching.  Here's how it works and there are no penalties if you don't complete this program.  It's just here for extra help.
1.  You'll watch a goal setting session to help you set a personal long term and short term goal
2. You'll use our habit tracking app that will track daily habits you choose based on your goals
3. Each day, you'll get lessons and resources to help educate and motivate.
4. You'll get a weekly check in from Matt & Amy and you can message them any time you need help

This is fully optional but a great choice for those who want to go a little more in depth with their goals beyond their consistent workout schedule.

Transparency is important because it is a tad bit selfish on our part.....

 I needed some coaching and guidance, and heard great things about Evolve, so I met with Matt to talk about some personal training sessions. FREQUENTLY ANSWERED QUESTIONS:

How Often Will I Have To Workout
You will need to workout 3x a week minimum!  From here, we will decide your exercise schedule that suits your goals and time available.  You will also be required to come to our in person locations at least 3x/week
Is this a crash diet?
Absolutely not!  We are aiming for lifelong results and for you to still be living your best life when you are 99.  And hopefully we will still be friends.  We will teach you sustainable nutrition habits to ensure you are eating to make massive progress to your goals.  You'll never feel hungry or deprived and you'll never give up your favourite foods.
Where is Evolve Fitness?
We have three locations!  Our Halifax location is at 220-3667 Strawberry Hill,  our Bedford location is at 115 Western Parkway, our Darmouth location is at 112 Woodlawn Drive and our Elmsdale location is at 32 Park Rd.  Halifax is a BIG location with 3 boot camp rooms and a cardio/yoga room so you'll see a lot more sessions available here.  Bedford and Elmsdale are much smaller with just one room available for boot camp.  Dartmouth has boot camps and spin sessions.
What can I expect my results to be in 6 weeks?
This will depend on your current starting point.  If you are just starting your journey, you can expect to lose 6-15 pounds.  If you are a little closer to your end goal, you will likely reach all of your scale related goals during the 6 weeks.  You'll also lose inches, gain muscle, have more energy and feel 10 years younger (plus a lot more benefits)
What happens after the 6 weeks?
After we help you reach your goals, you'll have the choice of what to do next.  Of course, you may continue on with our services.  We offer our full schedule year round.  But you will have learned A LOT and you may use our help to continue working on things at your local gym or even from home.
What makes your program different?
This isn't just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it.  That isn't coaching.  This is teamwork and helping you find what works for YOU, not what works for your neighbor or anyone else.  We will also help you in all areas of your life, not just workouts and food.  We want you to be happy and healthy while living your best life.
