The program is simple.
1. After signing up you'll fill out a starting survey to let us know a bit more about you and your goals.
2. You'll attend 18+ workouts workouts in 6 weeks. If you do not attend 18, you'll pay $200 and receive a membership credit. You can come more than 18 times if you like.
3. You'll have access to all of our client resources and challenges to help get better results. Our team is here to help you with all of your health and fitness related goals.
4. You'll fill out a final survey to give us feedback that helps us make the program better and better. If you do not do this survey, you'll pay $200 and receive a membership credit.
5. Becoming a member at the end of your trial is optional.
That's it. We know that if you are consistent, you'll make progress. And if you need help with anything, we are here as needed.

OPTIONAL FOR THOSE WHO WANT EXTRA COACHING
In addition to this, you'll have an option for some extra coaching. Here's how it works and there are no penalties if you don't complete this program. It's just here for extra help.
1. You'll watch a goal setting session to help you set a personal long term and short term goal
2. You'll use our habit tracking app that will track daily habits you choose based on your goals
3. Each day, you'll get lessons and resources to help educate and motivate.
4. You'll get a weekly check in from Matt & Amy and you can message them any time you need help
This is fully optional but a great choice for those who want to go a little more in depth with their goals beyond their consistent workout schedule.
