There are many ways you can get involved to help us reach our goal of raising $30,000 this Holiday season.
The funds raised will be split between:
1. The FX101.9+ Kent Toy Drive
2. YWCA (gender based violence fund)
3. A TBD local toy drive in Truro

Buy something at our silent auction
We have compiled an incredible group of items to bid on with our online silent auction. You can bid on these items without being an Evolve member or attending the event. It is open to anyone.

Workout with us or get coaching to your fitness goals!
From October 6th to November 6th (event day), you can workout at any Evolve location in return for a monetary or toy donation. Here is a list of toys/items the toy drive is seeking. Note that these offers are available for non Evolve members only.
1 toy=2 boot camp or spin workouts
$10=1 boot camp or spin workout
$50=1 month of boot camp or spin workouts
$150=a full Evolve membership until Christmas Day
$500=6 month boot camp membership

Why?
At Evolve, a core value of ours is giving back to the community that has given so much to us.
We have amazing parents who shaped our childhood along with teachers and coaches who went above and beyond and never asked for anything in return. And when I say above and beyond, our high school bball coach picked us up at home before schedule every day for 3 years so we could practice on our own at the school. This is just one of many examples.
And then we started a gym that is now full of clients who inspire us through their giving and their community spirit.
So it only makes sense that we do our part and use the platform we have to do good.
And it's our promise that we will always do everything we can to give back and to encourage others who can to do the same.

Dr. Elaine Fung, MD, FRCSC, is the founder and Medical Director of Bedford Skin Clinic. She specializes in Facial Plastic Surgery, comprehensive facial rebalancing with injectables, ultrasound-guided injections, and advanced laser resurfacing.
A specialist in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery, she completed her residency at Dalhousie University and a fellowship in Micro-vascular Surgery, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Advanced Head and Neck Reconstruction at the University of Alberta.
