Description: This 6 week series will offer 45 minute classes in a classical style that embodies Jospeh Pilates. Use breath to initiate slow, controlled, and mindful movements that allow you to execute the exercises with precision, intention and challenge. These classes are both accessible for beginners, but contain enough difficulty and direction for frequent Pilates practitioners.

Sara Mader Bio

Sara is a Pilates instructor trained in contemporary mat.

Sara’s intention is to use creativity, mindfulness & breath to help you deepen your relationship to your practice, to keep you fully present as you execute each movement with precision and presence. Sara is a trained breathwork facilitator and meditation guide, incorporating breath & meditation into every pilates class, with slow intentional movements that will leave you feeling longer and stronger.
