Unlock Mobility — Move Freely, Train Stronger

This in-person program teaches you how to move your lower body freely and effectively, improving your range of motion, control, and coordination.

You’ll learn to move your lower body joints (pelvis ,hip, knee, ankle) with control in all directions, isolate and coordinate movement patterns, and build a personalized mobility routine that enhances strength, improves cardio efficiency, and boosts sports performance.

Progress is measurable — we’ll assess your lower body mobility before and after the program so you can see real results.

Program Length: 8 weeks
Max Participants: 15 (we will run the program with at least 8 participants)

Cost: $300 taxes included.  You can use your chiropractor benefits for these sessions and this includes a 20 minute 1-1 in person session with Eve.  This is mandatory to complete before TBD.
Booking: You must book & complete initial exam to be officially registered for class.  If not completed your spot may be given away. You can do that here.

Series 3: Lower Body Mobility

Lower Body Mobility
✅Moving your body more freely will allow for deeper, stronger lifts, more efficiency with cardiovascular training and increased power and agility with sports
✅Controlling your range of motion with strength and cardiovascular exercise prevents injuries
✅ Improved mobility decreases pain with daily activities, improves posture and enhances physical activity

Who is the class designed for?
✅Active individuals who want to get more out of their workouts
✅Active individuals with recurrent or recovering injuries
✅Constantly stiff individuals who find traditional stretching isn’t enough

Goals of Class:
✅Learn how to move your lower body freely in all directions
✅Improve mobility and learn which exercises are best suited for your body
✅Learn how to control upper body movement and improve stability
✅Learn how to move your lower body in coordination with lower body movements such as squats, lunges and deadlifts
✅Learn how to move your lower body more freely in isolation so that it can move better with daily functional movements
✅Develop your own mobility routine based on material covered in class that can improve your performance in exercise such as strength training, cardiovascular activities, and sports

How will Goals be Measured?
✅During initial assessment, functional ranges of the lower body will be measured to use as comparative values following completion of class

Dr. Eve Di Bacco is a chiropractor with a passion for movement and holistic healthcare. Originally from St Catharines, Ontario, she graduated with her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Brock University before moving to the west coast to pursue a chiropractic degree from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California. Dr. Eve now calls Nova Scotia home and is excited to immerse herself in the community by empowering her patients to lead active lifestyles. She combines manual therapy, exercise prescription and education in her treatments along with her training from coursework in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) and Certified Complete Concussion Management (CCMI). Dr. Eve embraces an active lifestyle and outside the clinic is an avid yogi, weight lifter, and hiker.

So we created our one of a kind Health & Fitness assessment.  This assessment gives you data on everything we can measure related to health and longevity.  Your practitioner will take you through the assessment and then give you recommendations on how to make improvements going forward.
