✅Learn how to move your upper body in coordination with upper body movements such as push ups, rows, and rotation
✅Learn how to move your upper body more freely in isolation so that it can move better with daily functional movements

How will Goals be Measured?
✅During initial assessment, functional ranges of the upper body will be measured to use as comparative values following completion of class
