This is just a landing page to give you all of the details.  When you are ready to join, you'll join our private and members only Fat Loss Challenge group in a platform called Skool.  This is where our courses, coaching and challenges happen.

FREE 8 WEEK CHALLENGE COLES NOTES (NEXT ONE STARTS MARCH 30)
-The challenge is FREE.  You'll enter by taking your starting metrics and before photos.
-Each week we will ask you to share your average calories, your weigh in and your wins/lessons from the week to keep you accountable
-Each week we will be keeping you accountable and engaged within the group and our coaches are there to give you advice as needed
-At the end of 8 weeks you'll take you finishing metrics and submit them along with your after photos.
-If you want to be eligible for prizes, you'll also need to submit a video testimonial.  We will do this with you and edit it to make it perfect.  Your photos can be blurred.  


PRIZES
There are 3 ways to win prizes during challenges. 

Fat loss transformation ($500). Best transformation will be voted on by Evolve coaches. You can win multiple challenges with an ongoing transformation.  

Consistency MVP ($500). There will be a draw each challenge for everyone who completes all 8 weekly posts. You must comment on Matt's weekly wins, weekly calories and weekly weigh in to be eligible for this draw..

Community Hero ($500). Matt will pick 5 people who have been in the comments/posts supporting others with their goals. Then we will do a community vote for the winner.

OPTIONAL BET ON YOURSELF PROGRAM DURING THE CHALLENGES

Place a bet of any amount $50 or above during each challenge at the beginning. Receive the following back based on your results. In order to receive these you must submit before and afters and a video testimonial as stated above:
1. Lose between 4.0% and 5.49% of your total starting weight and get an 80% refund or your bet
2. Lose between 5.5% and 6.99% of your total starting weight and get an 90% refund or your bet
3. Lose between 7.0% and 8.49% of your total starting weight and get an 100% refund or your bet
4. Lose anything above 8.5% and get 125% refund on your bet.
Note: We believe in long term sustainable fat loss.  Some may lose much more than this but we don't want to reward rapid weight loss.  We have your back forever.

4%=8 pounds
5.5%=11 pounds
7%=14 pounds

An Honest Opinion From Evolve Founder Matt

I think it's important to always be transparent.  Especially when running a program centered around weight loss.  It's a tricky subject and billions of dollars are spent each month in marketing tricking you into thinking it's going to be easy and fast.

But it's not.  It's going to be hard and it's going to take longer than you want it to.  You may also face some friction surrounding counting calories which we strongly encourage you do to be successful with our program.

Here's the truth.

It is simple, but it's just not easy and there are many barriers and obstacles standing in your way.  

When you are reading this page and looking at the pictures, you are seeing some of the best results we can share.  We have even more amazing results that we aren't able to share.

Do I think this is the best program on the internet and do I think we care more than anyone else about your fat loss goals and your long term health? I really really do.

But I also need to be honest.  Not everyone loses weight with this program and not everyone loves it.  Some people even quit and we give them a refund.   

As hard as we will continue to try, there is no one size fits all program.  I actually think this is a good thing because life is beautiful. We are all unique and different from anyone who will ever live in the history of the world.  That's cool right?

But that means that your fat loss story is going to be different than everyone else's.  I hope that's something you embrace.

I have been doing this for 16 years and I can tell you the stats.  They are pretty much the same every time we do a challenge and we have done 50+ of them over the years.

10% of you will absolutely crush it and get mind boggling results.  You'll knock it out of the park and all your friends will wonder what the heck you did.

30% of you are going to get awesome results and you are going to be super happy.  You may feel a little jealous of the 10% but it will be hard to deny your progress.

Another 30% of you will do okay on weight loss.  You'll be disappointed in the scale even though your consistency means you likely have a lot of non scale victories.   I realize it can be hard to see those but I will do my best to show you those along the way.

It's simple, but not easy.  But you do have a support system with me and my team and a community of people who want it just as badly as you do.

How Often Will I Have To Workout?
Our recommendations are 3-4 strength workouts, 1-2 intense cardio and 150+ minutes a week of low intensity cardio.  Everyone has different schedules so we will help you build a routine that works for you.
Is this a crash diet?
Absolutely not!  We are aiming for lifelong results and for you to still be living your best life when you are 99.  And hopefully we will still be friends.  We will teach you sustainable nutrition habits to ensure you are eating to make massive progress to your goals.  You'll never feel hungry or deprived and you'll never give up your favourite foods.
Where is Evolve Fitness?
Our Fat Loss Challenge is a purely virtual program but we have four in person locations!  Our Halifax location is at 220-3667 Strawberry Hill,  our Bedford location is at 115 Western Parkway, our Dartmouth location is 112 Woodlawn Road and our Truro location is 136 Esplanade Street.  Ask us about our 6 weeks for $1 program to try us out.
What can I expect my results to be in 8 weeks?
This will depend on your current starting point.  If you are just starting your journey, you can expect to lose 15+ pounds.  If you are a little closer to your end goal, you will likely reach all of your scale related goals during the challenge.  You'll also lose inches, gain strength, have more energy and feel 10 years younger (plus a lot more benefits)
What happens after the 8 week challenges?
After we help you reach your goals, you'll have the choice of what to do next.  Of course, you may continue on with our group as long as you like.  The Fat Loss Challenge is meant to be a community you can count on year round through the inevitable ups and downs of a fat loss journey.   We take a 2 week break so you don't go too hard on the calorie counting and motivation, then we get right back to another challenge.
What makes your program different?
This isn't just telling you what to do and expecting you to do it.  That isn't coaching.  This is teamwork and helping you find what works for YOU, not what works for your neighbor or anyone else.  We will also help you in all areas of your life, not just workouts and food.  We want you to be happy and healthy while living your best life.
How does the coaching work?
With all large group coaching, it's impossible to give 1-1 coaching throughout.  Our style of coaching is to learn by doing.  We are giving you all of the tools you need to lose fat and feel your best upfront and holding nothing back.  If you have questions or need support, we have group calls weekly and you can post in the Q&A section of the group for extra help.  Our community and our coaches will be there to help.
Is there a guarantee?
Since this is a free group, we do not offer a money back guarantee.  If you choose to bet on yourself, we hope you crush your goals but we have no guarantee of certain weight loss numbers.
Do I need to be in an person member to participate?
Absolutely not.  While many in person members will be in the group, it's open to anyone looking to make fat loss simple and finally get the results they deserve.  We want to help everyone :)
Do I have to live in Nova Scotia to participate?
No!  Our physical gyms are all in Nova Scotia (for now) but this group is open to anyone who we can help.  The more the merrier!
