HOW DOES IT WORK?
Full details of the offering at Evolve Fitness at the bottom of this page but the steps are easy. Come in for an inbody assessment before and after, complete 12 boot camps (or Evolve Fitness Forever/Semi Private sessions) in 30 days without doing more than 4 in a Monday-Sunday week and you'll receive all of the gift cards above. And guys who want to join, you may gift the dress :)
Please note that there will be no exceptions for the rules in order to redeem your free gifts.
Step 1
Complete at Inbody 570 assessment before your first workout and again before April 1st and submit to Matt (click here for explanation)
Step 2
Come to at least 12 boot camps and check in to each (non negotiable and you may not come to more than 4 boot camps in any Monday-Sunday week)
You may also come to our other classes as often as you like!
STEP 3
Take a picture of your two inbody sheets and email to matt@evolvefitnessltd.com and set up a time to pick up your gift cards provided you have 12 visits on Mindbody and were signed in.
ABOUT EVOLVE FITNESS
Our boot camp is a group training program that gets results! Each workout is a full body 45 minute strength and aerobic workout designed to burn fat and build muscle. Each session is led by a qualified and educated trainer who will lead you from start to finish in a fun, safe, and effective manner. Our boot camp rooms have the ability to hold 25 people per session, and we have clients of every age, gender, and fitness level. Regardless of where you are starting, we are here to help you progress and if you have issues that need modifications, we are here to help with that too.
