How To Win Your Money Back (no questions asked refund if you reach your goal below)
Category 1: You are currently a male over 200 pounds or a female over 180 pounds
For this category you must lose 1% of your bodyweight per week for 6% total.  You won't be weighed weekly, it will just be the 6% at the end that counts.  For example, if you weigh 200, 6% would be 12 pounds lost over 6 week.  We will round up from the nearest 0.5 but nothing more.  You must also complete at least 18 group sessions and/or at home logged workouts to ensure you maintain as much muscle as possible.
Category 2: You are a male under 200 or female under 180 but your long term weight loss goal is 10+ pounds
For this category you must lose 0.75% of your bodyweight per week for 4.5% total.  You won't be weighed weekly, it will just be the 4.5% at the end that counts. For example, if you weigh 160, 4.5% would be 7.2 pounds lost over 6 weeks. We will round up from the nearest 0.5 but nothing more. You must also complete at least 18 group sessions and/or at home logged workouts to ensure you maintain as much muscle as possible.
Category 3: You are close to your goal weight and are looking to trim some fat and/or gain some muscle
For this category you must attend 18 boot camps and or logged at home workouts in 6 weeks.  You must also attend 3 cardio core sessions and 2 mobility sessions.  We measure waist at the belly button and you must be down any amount on the waist as well as having a reduction in bodyfat %.  You'll also need to write a pre and post 6 weeks letter detailing your goals and the outcome to qualify (I will provide template)
Notes:  We will go by either weight or body fat lost (whichever is greater) as it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat so your number on the scale my show 10 pounds lost when you may have, in fact, lost more than that in fat pounds.  Ie. You could gain 2 pounds of muscle and lose 12 pounds of fat showing a 10 pound scale loss.  This is why the scale can be deceiving!

Weekly nutrition AND lifestyle habit to work on and be held accountable to (watch video below). Each week you will get two habits to work on that are important for fat loss success and we can keep you accountable to.  One will be nutrition based and the other will be lifestyle/workout based.  Fat loss is great, but being healthy and happy is most important. Each week the habits will accelerate your results, but also put the focus on health and well being. If you are joining online you get all the benefits from above but we will help you create a workout plan you can do on your own.  Whether you are working out at home with no weights and are a beginner or are pretty advanced and want a routine for Goodlife, we have you covered with a custom plan.

How do we decided the winners?

In order to qualify for prizes, you must do a pre and post weigh in with measurements and progress photos (though we will never use these without consent).

Winners will then be chosen by the Evolve team based on a combination of:

1. Percentage of bodyweight lost

2. % of body fat lost

3. Inches from waist lost

4. Total weight loss

5. Significance of before and after photos

6. Pounds of fat lost and pounds of muscle gained

So, What's The Catch...?
So I am sweating a bit.  With the prize money, the cost of the party and the fact that I am confident you will reach your goal and get a refund.....I am likely going to lose thousands and thousands of dollars on this challenge.  Sweating more now that I type it out!
