We love our online clients and have had people join as far away as BC and Arkansas for these challenges. Some folks actually live in Halifax but prefer the flexibility of not needing to go to a gym!
If you are joining online you get all the benefits from above but we will help you create a workout plan you can do on your own. Whether you are working out at home with no weights and are a beginner or are pretty advanced and want a routine for Goodlife, we have you covered with a custom plan.

How do we decided the winners?
In order to qualify for prizes, you must do a pre and post weigh in with measurements and progress photos (though we will never use these without consent).
Winners will then be chosen by the Evolve team based on a combination of:
1. Percentage of bodyweight lost
2. % of body fat lost
3. Inches from waist lost
4. Total weight loss
5. Significance of before and after photos
6. Pounds of fat lost and pounds of muscle gained
