We recommend coming 2x a week for your group fitness sessions led by a Functional Aging Specialist. You'll pay your $74.50+hst today but your 30 days will not start until your first group session with your coach.
After 30 Days Your choice
You can choose to become a full time member month to month cancel anytime or we can help you with a gym or at home program that best suits your needs going forward.
