$150 (no taxes) Health and Fitness Assessment at Evolve Integrated Health
You'll pay this at Evolve Integrated Health. Please check your coverage and book in with a physio, chiro or athletic therapist for which you have billing. If you don't have coverage, you can pay at the clinic.
Free 1-1 Personal Training Session
Your first session will be 1-1 with an Evolve Fitness Forever coach to help you with the exercises and show you the ropes for the group program. This will help ensure your success from day one.
$97+hst 3 Months Of Evolve Fitness Forever Classes Paid Today
We recommend coming 2-4x a week but you can come up to 5 days a week for your group fitness sessions led by a Functional Aging Specialist. You'll pay your $97+hst today but your 3 months will not start until your first group session with your coach.
$150 (no taxes) Health & Fitness Assessment at Evolve Integrated Health
You'll pay this at the clinic again. You have your baseline data from your initial test and now you will be able to see all of the progress you've made after 3 months.
After 3 Months Your choice
You can choose to become a full time member month to month cancel anytime or we can help you with a gym or at home program that best suits your needs going forward.
