Our 6-Week Intro to Strength Training For Older Adults is a comprehensive beginner-friendly, Chiropractor and Athletic Therapist -led series built to help friends over 50 safely learn how to strength train either on their own or in a group fitness setting.
Whether you're starting from scratch, returning after a break, or just looking to build strength the right way — this program is your bridge to long-term fitness success without injury or overwhelm. And there is no such thing as too late to start. You can build strength, improve your balance and increase your healthspan at any age.
Who Is It For?
-Total beginners to fitness or group training who are over 50 years old
-People recovering from past injuries or nervous about getting hurt
-Anyone who wants to feel confident walking into any group fitness class
-People who want to improve form, increase strength, reduce fall risk, increase energy, improve balance and keep doing all the things they love with age.

What’s Included
-6 Weeks of Expert-Led Group Training
-2 small-group sessions per week (in-person)
-Each session is 45–60 minutes
-Progressive programming that builds from week to week
-Chiropractor-led coaching with a focus on mobility, strength, balance and proper technique
