Our goal for 30 days is to give you the foundation for strength training. Strength training is the fountain of youth and is the only way to slow down age related muscle and bone loss. Our training program is designed to build and maintain muscle, reduce bone loss, improve balance/mobility and to improve all areas of wellness.
After 30 days, you may choose to become a regular member with our month to month cancel any time membership. It's 199+hst for up to 2x a week and 249+hst for up to 4x a week in person sessions.
You may also choose to keep up with our virtual program which is absolutely free.
Lastly, our goal is always to give you the tools to be able to do it on your own.
In your meeting with Matt, he will break down your goals and give you an action plan that works for you to keep the results going whether you become a member or not. There will be no hard sell into a membership. We will only talk about your goals and the options available to you for best results.
