Always wanted to attend boot camps or other group fitness sessions but didn't sign up because you were feeling nervous.  Or that you were too much of a beginner?

Over the course of 6 weeks, you'll go from a beginner to confidently being able to enter any gym for group fitness classes.

You'll learn proper form, injury prevention, how to modify exercises and everything you need to be successful with a group fitness program.

Practitioner: Dr. Eve Di Bacco
Program Location: Evolve Fitness Halifax/Evolve Integrated Health 3667 Strawberry Hill Street Suite 220
Program Length: 6 weeks with 2x per week session
Max Participants: 8 (we will run the program with at least 4 participants)
Program Days & Times:  Tuesdays and Fridays from 5pm to 5:45pm
Program Start Date: March 3rd
Program End Date: April 14th (Good Friday April 3 moved to April 14)
Cost: $500 taxes included. Please note: class package must be paid upfront and each individual session can be submitted to your insurance through chiropractic benefits. Sessions cannot be directly billed. This includes a 1-1 virtual or in person initial session with Eve. This is mandatory to complete before March 3rd.
Booking: You must book & complete the initial exam and pay for the class package to be officially registered for class. If not completed your spot may be given away.

-A 1-1 initial assessment with Dr. Eve Di Bacco - this is mandatory to complete in person or virtually before March 2nd
-At home weekly program design for other days based on your goals 
-Free lifetime Evolve Fitness virtual membership
-Three months of Evolve Fitness boot camps FREE ($690 value) upon completion of the program at any location. **cannot be a current Evolve member for this**
-Immediate access to Evolve Fitness member resources including menopause, healthspan and other fitness related resources.

Our 6-Week Intro to Group Fitness Program is a comprehensive beginner-friendly, chiropractor-led series built to help people safely enter the world of boot camps and group fitness training.

Whether you're starting from scratch, returning after a break, or just looking to build strength the right way — this program is your bridge to long-term fitness success without injury or overwhelm.

-Anyone who wants to feel confident walking into any group class
-People who want to improve form, strength, and endurance before jumping into higher-intensity workouts

Why It Works (and What Makes It Different)
We have seen how many people get injured simply because they weren’t taught the basics. This program is built with injury prevention at its core. We’ll teach you how to:
-Move well before you move more
-Understand and master form on common exercises (squats, pushups, lunges, etc.)
-Build core strength and joint stability
-Progress safely from week to week
-Know your limits and how to modify workouts for your body

-2 small-group sessions per week (in-person)

Dr. Eve Di Bacco is a chiropractor with a passion for movement and holistic healthcare. Originally from St Catharines, Ontario, she graduated with her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Brock University before moving to the west coast to pursue a chiropractic degree from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California. Dr. Eve now calls Nova Scotia home and is excited to immerse herself in the community by empowering her patients to lead active lifestyles. She combines manual therapy, exercise prescription and education in her treatments along with her training from coursework in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), Motion Palpation Institute (MPI) and Certified Complete Concussion Management (CCMI). Dr. Eve embraces an active lifestyle and outside the clinic is an avid yogi, weight lifter, and hiker.
